Your first request or 1,000 words are backed by a no questions asked money-back guarantee within 14 days of signing up with Copydue.
With any of our available plans, within the first 14 days your first 1,000 words OR first job request is backed by a no questions asked money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with the quality of your completed job we'll refund the charge to the original payment method.
Note:
- Refunds are only applicable to a first job that is under or equal to 1,000 words. For example, if you request only 500 words for your first job, and request another 500 words for a second job, your refund policy is now void.
- This refund is only applicable to first time users. You cannot cancel your account and sign-up again to be eligible for the first request refund. Copydue reserves the right to notify you upon signing up whether a refund policy has been voided (e.g. in instances where we believe you are the same user though your user details are different).
- If you're on our monthly plan and do void our first 1,000 words or first request policy, you are not eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining months should you decide not to continue using our services.
